Welcome to our farm. We are located in rural Minnesota about 70 miles north of Minneapolis. We live on 80 acres with dogs, horses, and chickens. Our dogs have lots of room to explore the nearly 60 acres of wooded land with many trails and a running creek.
Considered as a hobby kennel we strive for excellence in breeding for the correct type and character of the Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Health is important to us. Our dogs are primarily feed a raw whole foods diet. We feed mostly raw chicken, beef, and venison. We have a garden in the summer, so most of their vegetable blend is organic home grown. I feel this natural unprocessed diet gives them the best chance for optimal heath.
Growing up on a farm, I was always outside with our animals. We had many dogs of different breeds over the years, which we took in or adopted. As an adult, I continued to take in rescues. In 2003 I discovered the Rhodesian Ridgeback. A beautiful, strong, intelligent & loyal breed uniquely set apart from the others. Our love for the breed grew and we decided to breed Rhodesian Ridgebacks. We are passionate about maintaining the historic characteristics of this cherished breed.
