Our Process and Policy

We have an online puppy questionnaire you are welcome to fill out. We do require a phone conversation as a part of the application process. Once that is complete and you are approved, we require a deposit of $500.00 to hold a puppy for you. Deposits are refundable if there is not a puppy available for you. Deposit is No- refundable if buyer changes their mind and doesn’t want puppy.

Puppies are priced off of markings and show qualities.  Minnesota requires SALES TAX on all puppies sold. Currently it is 7.38% which would be added to the price of the puppy. Sales tax is waived if a third party transport person/company is hired. Seller must receive a sales receipt of transport.

All puppies are sold as LIMITED AKC Registration unless a show agreement is made with a secondary contract signed.  Puppies go through appitude assessment around 7 weeks of age. Our puppies are on a raw food diet. We will send a few days of raw food home with you at puppy pickup. We do Not remove the declaws on our puppies. Dewclaws serve a functional purpose. Removal is not recommended by many veterinarians. Puppies are usually ready for homes at 8 weeks of age. They come with their first round of vaccinations, deworming, and a health check.  We place available pet puppies in the order of deposit received. We like to place the right family with the right puppy. With that being said, I also try to meet criteria of the family the best I can. We have all varieties of families with different needs.  Puppies have unique personality traits and we want them to be placed in a home where they can thrive best.
